ChoiceCheck Terms of Service

B. Services and Content

ChoiceCheck provides the following services (collectively, the "Services"):

• Nutrition label scanning and analysis
• Ingredient list interpretation and allergen identification
• Personalized nutritional insights based on health goals
• Food product comparison and scoring
• Health profile management and customization
• Food scan history and tracking

The content, information, and material you upload to ChoiceCheck (the "User Content") remains your property. By uploading User Content, you grant Anukul Mohil DBA Vast Silicon a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

C. License

Anukul Mohil DBA Vast Silicon grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use ChoiceCheck on devices that you own or control. This license is for personal, non-commercial use and is granted solely under the terms of this Agreement.

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of ChoiceCheck
• Circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Use ChoiceCheck for any illegal purpose
• Transfer, sublicense, or provide access to your account to others
• Use automated scripts to interact with ChoiceCheck
• Use the Services for commercial food analysis or in professional healthcare settings without explicit written permission

D. Your Use of the Services

When using ChoiceCheck, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during account creation and use
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not rely solely on the app for critical health or dietary decisions

Anukul Mohil DBA Vast Silicon reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to ChoiceCheck if we reasonably believe that you have violated this Agreement or engaged in illegal or harmful activities.

E. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use ChoiceCheck.

By using ChoiceCheck, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our privacy practices, please do not use ChoiceCheck.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no security system is impenetrable. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

F. Health Information Disclaimer

ChoiceCheck provides nutritional analysis and insights for informational purposes only. The Services are not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The information provided by ChoiceCheck is based on general nutritional guidelines and the data available from food packaging and our databases. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or up-to-date.

You should not rely solely on ChoiceCheck for making decisions about your health, diet, or medical conditions. Always consult with qualified healthcare providers regarding your health, especially if you have specific dietary requirements, allergies, or medical conditions.

ChoiceCheck is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or learned through ChoiceCheck.

G. Intellectual Property

ChoiceCheck and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Anukul Mohil DBA Vast Silicon and its licensors. The app is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide regarding ChoiceCheck may be used by us without obligation to you.

H. Termination

You may terminate your use of ChoiceCheck at any time by deleting your account through the app settings or by contacting our support.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Agreement.

Upon termination, your right to use ChoiceCheck will immediately cease. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranties, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

I. Disclaimer of Warranties

CHOICECHECK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ANUKUL MOHIL DBA VAST SILICON SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

CHOICECHECK IS NOT INTENDED TO PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, AND WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF NUTRITIONAL OR HEALTH INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

J. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANUKUL MOHIL DBA VAST SILICON, HIS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, CHOICECHECK.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

K. Changes to Terms

Anukul Mohil DBA Vast Silicon reserves the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time at his sole discretion. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this website.

Your continued use of ChoiceCheck after any changes to the Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using ChoiceCheck and delete your account.

Vast Silicon does not provide in-app notifications about terms updates. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for changes. The most current version will always be available at https://choicecheck.vastsilicon.com/terms.
